Assist the commercial director to:

协助商务总监：

Provide monthly “financial closing” data

• 提供月度财务结算数据

• Provide forecast data (contribution margin reports)

• 提供预估数据

• Analyze financial documents (e.g. financial audit report / contribution margin reports)

• 分析财务文件（如财务审核报告/边际利润报告）

• Examine quotations and contracts (commercial part, taxes, price calculation)

• 检查报价文件以及合同（商务部分，税额，价格计算）

• Support accounting (communication between China / Germany)

• 协助计费（中德沟通）

• Handle daily Debit and Credit management

• 处理日常的借贷管理

• Prepare Financial company documents (e.g. bank documents)

• 准备公司财务相关文件（如银行文件）

岗位要求

Finance and Controlling related bachelor degree or above

财务及审计相关学士或学士以上学位

+2 years' experience in Finance and Controlling (of a foreign company)

具有两年（在外企）的财务和审计相关工作经验

Good Chinese tax knowledge

具有良好的中税务知识

Very good MS Excel skills

掌握优秀的MS Excel技能

SAP basic knowledge

SAP基础知识

fluent English or German

英语或德语流利

flexible work attitude / open for new tasks

对于新任务具有灵活的处理的能力和工作态度

problem solving skills / open minded

解决问题的能力以及开放的思路
