To manage the flow into the warehouse, for goods to be inspected, rather than already inspected

对入库货物进行管理，包括未验货物跟已验货物的管理。

To arrange the shipments, accordingly to the instruction received by the deputy persons

根据相关负责人发出的指令安排货物出运

To arrange the goods’ inspection accordingly to the requested delivery date

根据交货期安排验货

To supervise the inspection guys job, and provide them assistance in case of doubts for quality issues.

监督质检员工作，并对其提出的品质相关问题提供支持

To report quality issues for goods out of standard to production office and to production manager

对于未达标货物的品质问题向产品经理及产品部门汇报

To approve shipping sample and lab dips from supplier, on behalf of manager once he is out on trip.

当经理出差时，代表经理确认发货样本及色卡

Needed requirements

Our process includes Purchasing and Sales, Accounting and Quality Management.
Purchasing: As a trading company,our business is based on the coordination between orders and sales by means of placing the purchase orders and production dispositions to different suppliers.

Sales back office: following the instruction from the Italian Sales team, coordinating the internal process from the definition of the quality to the final delivery of the goods to customers.

Accounting: following the cash flows and the Company assets ,summarizing and communicating financial information to managers for correct decision making.

Quality Management: Bridge has its own internal inspection department and warehouse in order to guarantee the highest quality standards on its products. The coordination among the Supply Network and the development of the quality management system are the keys of Bridge success.
