Key Responsibilities

1.Contact with Sales and Design, correctly identify customer’s requirements;

2.Prepare project plan and schedule, also responsible for maintaining project related documents

3.Host project kick-off meeting, establish overall project planning and project check points planning;

4.Implement project planning and identify, monitor and manage project progressing, related cost, quality issue, risk etc.

5.Organize cross-functional project meeting, coordinate cross-functional cooperation; supporting problem solving, ensure project can be finished in time;

6.Make and maintain the project problem list, monitor the implementation status. and regular reporting to manager;

7.Tracking project progressing, coordinate project team member to complete the transfer from development to mass production;

8.Project summary and lesson learned reporting;

Requirements

1.Education: Bachelor, management or mechanical related majors

2.Working experience:5+ working experience,3+ automobile industry relevant project management working experience;

3.Skills and abilities: Skillful application of TS 16949,APQP and project management

4.knowledge;

Strong planning,organizing,coordinating skills;

Can work under pressure;

Good written and spoken in English
