负责整个供应链体系的流程：采购、仓储、以及中国大陆的运输和客户管理以确保经济性、服务质量和安全标准。管理、设定KPI来确保整个流程的合理性。

Responsible for the entire logistics process: procurement (local and imported), storage， distribution in P.R.China and customer management in order to reach the economical, service quality and safety target. Define and manage the logistics mid & Long-term plan, budget on financial aspect and key performance indicators.

进出口业务管理

To oversee import and export activities, to coordinate communication with related stakeholders

监控客户的物流操作流程和发货流程被执行、定义合理的物流出货方式；

To oversee and make sure logistics operation procedures and delivery procedures for different customers are executed, and define reasonable logistics delivery methods;
定义供应链体系的中长期规划，根据财务预算和KPI的设定。

跟踪及监控供应链流程，尤其是各个分仓的运营，提出合理的分仓站位置，经营策略以及供应链方案来确保满足市场需求以及合理的资源开支
Supervise and monitor the operation of the logistics process especially hubs, where an optimal service to network, and consequently to final customers, must be combined with market requirements and recourses needs.
跟踪及监控供应链流程，尤其是快配站的运营，提出合理的快配站位置，经营策略以及供应链方案来确保满足市场需求以及合理的资源开支

持续改善供应链流程，来提高服务效率和安全性
Permanently look for improvement of the logistics process in terms of service operation and safety.

协助采购部门来完善与供应商的采购合同，来确保供应链的完整
Assist purchasing department to establish contracts with suppliers in order to ensure efficient supply of local spare parts.

从财务方面控制各项投入的经济性及回报率

Ensure the financial control of operation in relation with finance department.

对各级仓储库存以及周转率负责
Is responsible for the optimum management of the spare parts stock and the inventory level.

岗位要求：

教育背景：大专以上学历，物流或相关专业

Expertise：College degree or above, major in Logistic or related.

工作经验：3年以上相关工作经验，1年以上主管经验

Experience：more than 3 years working experience in similar position, 1 year minimum at supervision position

技能要求：熟悉进出口、货运业务，报关及程序，熟悉整车厂物流发运要求；

法语或英语流利，熟悉办公自动化，具有汽车行业的包装相关流程，设计，试验经验。

Skill required：Familiar with import and export, freight business, customs declaration and procedures, familiar with the vehicle factory logistics delivery requirements;

Solid experience on packaging design，testing，procedure，etc。

工作态度：工作积极主动、认真负责，为人诚实守信、有良好的职业道德；

良好的沟通能力和执行能力，有良好的团队合作精神。
