·       Globally support on filter selection, new filter technology, together with the functional manager.

·       Perform filtration area work on new project development.

·       Regional expert and advisor in the field of the filtration system.

·       Monitor and implement filter related regulations in a timely manner.

·       Support with quality team for project quality improvement towards filtration area.

·       Capture and research filter information on marketing product from R&D point of view.

·       To establish, maintaince filtration related test standard and documentations.

·       Oversee qualification of all filters.

·       Provide design assistance / reviews for all outsourced filters.

·       Provide filter related technical support for all other departments.

·       Maintain responsibility for all filter related cost reductions.

·       Maintain responsibility for all filter related quality issues.

·       Other tasks assigned by the operational and functional managers.

Who You Are

 

·       Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering

·       Strong experience in filter and filtration system.

·       A team player

·       Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)

·       Language: Mandarin and English

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions

·       The ability to manage and supervise multiple projects concurrently, be self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision are required.
