To execute and mornitors purchasing process and to manage purchasing task as a whole management role. To follow up new products launch plan and be fully execution. To cooperate with warehouse on checking drinks and food quality and deal with the quality problem with suppliers. To be well organized and well communicated amoung suppliers, venues and warehouse logistic distribution in order to be sure of smoothly and stable operation for the venues.

执行、监督采购流程，统筹管理采购任务，跟进新品开发和落实计划，配合仓库监督产品进货品质等，有效的协调好门店，供货商和仓储物流配送的相互配合，保证门店的正常运营。

1. Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software such as ERP or system in food and beverage industrial.

有ERP系统或者餐饮系统的操作经验和知识

2. Be good at data analysis; Strong report in writing and record keeping ability

良好的数据分析能力; 报告表述清晰, 数据记录追踪性强

3. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

对于计划，多项任务管理和时间管理有掌控的能力

4. Extremely organized with ability to present ideas clearly

有较强的组织能力去呈现一个好的清晰的想法

5. Extremely accountability and executive force.

有强烈的责任心和执行力

6. Good communication skill and project management skill

良好的沟通及项目管理技能

7. Atptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.

依据数据，客观的果断的做出决定的能力

8. A flair for negotiation and networking

具备谈判和关系处理的才能

9. At least 2 years and above in supervisory role of supply chain management.

至少2年及以上担任过供应链管理角色及具备相关供应链管理经验。

10. 2-3 year working experience as a purchasing leader in food and beverage industrial is prefere.
