Job Title : RF hardware Engineer

Work Location : Shanghai

Roles: support innovative RF applications such as :

- SubGHz based LoRa/IoT;

- 2.4GHz based BLE/Zigbee/WIFI

- UWB

- Other new and advanced RF applications.

Responsibilities:

- Provide dedicated technical training to right candidates.

- Support for Hardware and RF integration for RF products. This will also involve trips to support customer design, debug and production ramp-up.

- Support for RF module development.

- Share know-how internally and externally to support local demand creation.

- Co-work closely with team members/marketers/sales/distributors/partners to maximize market share with given customers by extending design in/win in different projects.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor or master on Wireless Communication or relative majors.

- At least 3 years work experience in RF & IoT applications development, such as BT, Zigbee, UWB, Lora etc.

- Knowhow in hardware integration as well as good RF application debugging, certifications & analytical skills are required.

- Familiar with PCB schematic and layout design.

- Familiar with 2.4GHz PCB antenna design is a plus.

- Familiar with RF simulation is a plus.

- Knowledge in RF debug tools usage such as RF protocol analyzer, oscilloscope, etc.

- Chinese & English communication skill is needed (both oral and written).

- Good teamwork and open mindset. Adaptability, Flexibility, Interpersonal Relationships.

- Willing to learn and work on new RF technologies.

- Can travel per request.
