1、Prepare and review group consolidation report and adjustments according to group accounting policy;
2、Communicate with Hong Kong Headquarter and China projects internally and with relevant government departments, banks, tax bureau externally;
3、Organize the formulation of various financial systems, processes, business processing standards, and strictly implement the application of various systems, effective internal control;
4、Provide insights to the financial decision making process through analysis, financial projections (planning, budgeting and forecasting) and reporting;
5、Communicate with others in a wide range of positions internal and external to the organization to understand and gather qualitative and quantitative information on factors affecting the financial performance of the organization;
6、Analyze data and relevant facts, consolidate and convey insight to support decision makers and other stakeholders;
7、Manage subordinates in overall including monitoring and spot checking of the quality of each position and compliance with discipline;
8、Responsible for training subordinates to ensure the correct use of company policies and systems;
9、Actively participate in the establishment, implementation and standardization of various group systems (financial and non-financial);
10、Assist supervisor in arranging group SOP & manuals implementation and subsequent updates;
11、Assist supervisor in establishing mobile staff team;
12、Assist supervisor in arranging various training and work for mobile employees;
13、Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in Finance and Accounting;
2、Certificate of CPA is preferred;
3、More than 8 years experience in financial accounting area;
4、Experience in consolidated financial statements or FP&A is preferred;
5、Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is preferred
