1.    Responsible to quality management of the company, coordinate to quality improvement among all departments.

2. Responsible to quality problem solving and improvement during NPI & mass production.  

3.Ensure that current and future quality and manufacturing systems meet and/or exceed customer and regulatory requirements.

4. Review and promote improvement in customer metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency.

6. Training to team and level up overall team capability.

7. Ensure facility compliance to current ISO, environmental, & product requirements.

8. Familiar with quality tools and system like ISO9000, SPC, 8D report, APQA etc…

9. Able to face customer and handle quality issues.

10. Strong leadership to drive for quality continuous improvement.

11. Play as key leader for customer quality audit and QBR quality review .

任职要求：

1. Degree in Mechanics/Electrics Engineering.

2. At Least 8 years working experience in electronics manufacturing environment and more than 3 years quality management experience.

3. Knowledge of ISO9000/IATF16949, Sampling plan, process control, SPC, FMEA, OCAP, etc.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communications skill in English.

5. Self-motivate, can work under high pressure.

6. Strong leadership and management skill.

7. Passionate and result oriented personality .
