Responsibilities:
○ Carry out injection machine debugging, be skilled in new product trial run and process improvement;
○ Proficient in injection molding process improvement;
○ Understanding of plastic material properties, good experience in quality control and inspection;
○ Concept definition, evaluation and choose suitable material, test tools and test equipment;
○ Plan test equipment and define the related parameters, considering the technology standard, degree of automation, complex, invest and universal standards;
○ Planning and design of workplaces of the production lines according to lean principles;
○ Investment and capacity planning (human and machine) for ramp-up and peak production;
○ Creating the production process and testing concept;
○ Determining time studies, value stream analysis, feasibility studies, business plans;
○ Planning and procuring of production equipment and tools;
○ Creating concept and detailed layouts by CAD software;
○ Creating detailed work instructions;
○ Creating BOM/work plans and implement in SAP system;
○ Responsible for the enforcement of the target agreements, realization and determining of the given main tasks;
○ Compliance with agreed time schedule, early information in case of critical deviations to all affected persons;
○ Kaizen and value-added activities implementation;
○ Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Specification / required skills:
？ Understand the structure and performance of injection mold and injection machine;
？ At least 5 years injection experiences preferably in automotive industry;
？ Bachelor or above, in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering;
？ Preferably in the field of automotive interior suppliers with lamination /wrapping background;
？ Auto CAD Knowledge;
？ English language (fluent in spoken and written);
？ Project management, quality management, knowledge of Automotive 5 tools;
？ Familiar with lean manufacturing tools, such as value stream mapping, SMED, TPM, 5S, Kanban and etc.;
？ Planning and procuring of production equipment & tools;
？ SAP R/3-Knowledge preferred;
？ Willing to learn, good communication and team work ability, high self-motivation and can work under high pressure.
