      岗位职责：

      This position is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following: 

  

• Responsible for providing infrastructure related end user support covering PC operations, communications and network.
• Management of the Company’s infrastructure, network and service delivery. Ensure that the IT infrastructure is robust, resilient and fit for purpose.
• Responsible for End User Computing (EUC), and timely resolution of helpdesk tickets.
• Work with IT Security Officer to implement IT security policies, framework & SOPs in accordance with Group guidelines.
• Responsible for imparting core user training and providing user support.
• Responsible for asset & compliance management, and implementation of internal controls.
• Perform other technology work related duties as requested by the IT & Group management.

      任职资格：

  

• 5 years of experience working in IT infrastructure and service delivery.

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Systems Management.

• Sound knowledge of ITIL framework and Service Delivery methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure, networking & system setup, including communication protocols.

• Demonstrated knowledge in the area of user support and service management. Back up and business continuity experience.

• Clear understanding of IT asset management & procurement process, covering HW, SW and contracts. Vendor relationship management.

• Sound knowledge of service/helpdesk systems, and associated processes.

• Sound knowledge of English written and spoken.

• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills

• Eagerness to take on varied tasks, and work to expand skill set in line with requirements

• Ability to work under strict timelines and un-supervised.
