1.严格按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量；
2.具备中餐烹饪、食品原料、食品卫生、厨房灶具使用等专业知识 ；
3.清理工作台面，保持工作区域的清洁卫生，及时冷藏食品、蔬菜及剩余物品，以减少浪费；
4. 在食品生产过程中，严格遵循公司食品安全和卫生程序。在执行过程中特别注意加强HACCP（危害分析关键控制点）的控制；
5. 关注与厨房相关的食品费用，帮助控制整个生产部的成本费用。

任职资格：
具有2年以上相关工作经验；良好的团队合作能力；有学校厨房工作经验或食堂工作经验者优先。

Welcome to HQIS

HQIS first opened its doors as an international school in 1997 in the Shanghai Zoo with just 2 classes and 18 students.

Since then, the student population has increased and the physical facilities have expanded such that HQIS-RBIS has been at a full capacity of 400 students since 2010.
Today, HQIS is now celebrating its move to a new purpose-built campus in the Gubei are of shanghai with more plans for growth.

HQIS continues to evolve. For almost two decades, the early childhood program has been a hallmark of international education for students in the city. HQIS will graduate its first high school class in the year 2020.
