Job description:
- Efficiency improvement and LEAN approach, production capacity improvement
- Work with process engineer to study and optimize process cycle time, inventory, personnel and equipment.
- Focus on lean processes, continuous improvement, business-process improvement, assembly time optimization, material and information flow optimization, minimal inventories
- Regular analysis of the manufacturing cost and proposal improving method
- Capacity control: Monitor the manufacturing, logistics and ensure machine cycle time match the Take times, and so on;
- Factory Layout Planning and optimizing-proposal, new layout design.
- Drive continuous improvement, via LEAN, 6-sigma - Responsible of the training of IE knowledge for new employee and shift leader
- Continuous improvement in MFG operations (warehousing, quality control, logistics, etc.)

Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in Engineering
-More than 10 years experience in manufacturing areas
-Good command of both written and spoken English
-Good PC skills (eg. Microsoft Office, etc.)
-Strong communication & interpersonal skills
-Able to working independently and under pressure
-Be open-minded, self-motivated and quick learner
-Good team player
