Responsible for risk management and customer technical fulfillment, with a strong focus on the max petrochemical segment. Understands the max petrochemical market and seeks out novel opportunities to deliver value within that segment. Support Marketing and Sales efforts with customer visits, participation in professional functions and assistance with new product development. Is expected to propose changes in products and services that result in increased sales to meet our growth objectives. Collaborates with product management on the product portfolio, identifying areas for differentiation or rationalization. Frequently work with Technical Service, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing to provide input to business strategies and will make, and implement tactical decisions for specific accounts and new product introduction. Overall responsibility for improving quality and delivery of regional technical services in conjunction with other GCT team members.

Strong people management skills and ability to interact at multiple levels within customer organizations. Excellent understanding of FCC and max petrochemical production. Requires very extensive technical knowledge of products and their applications, a strong ability to troubleshoot customer units and problem solve all types of technical issues and the ability to deal with frustrated customers. Understands value creation and delivery and is capable of uncovering hidden value for our customers. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

12+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. MBA desirable
