Responsibilities工作职责:

Support Program Application manager/ Human Factors Engineer with Usability Engineering Management for active and non-active medical devices including:

• Complaint analysis and post-production documentations
• Supporting usability evaluations with:

1.       Prepare test environment and facilities for  evaluation with documented plan

2.       Organize recruitment of test participants, organize  test environment and tools

3.       Support Analysis and document the evaluation  results

• Coordinate and maintain the all medical devices and accessories in labs

Qualifications 任职资格:

• Full-time in Master’s degree + program, preferred but not limited to in Human Factors engineering, Usability Engineering, Cognitive/Experimental Psychology, Industrial Design, Engineering Psychology, or Biomedical engineering, or English.
• Good English technical writing skills, fluent spoken Mandarins and English
• Work 2 or more days per week at Shanghai Office during December 2020 to May 2021
• Expertise in Human Factors Engineering and/or Medical device would be plus
• Strong analytical thinking and design thinking
• Quick learner, proactive and team worker
