5年注塑和装配车间管理经验

5 years working experience for Injection or Assembly.

技能和专业要求
Skill & Specialty requirement：

1. 熟悉各种塑料粒子特性及注塑工艺
   Be familiar with characteristic of different plastic particles and moulding technics.

2. 良好的沟通技能及管理能力

   With good communication skills and management ability.

3. 熟悉ISO14001标准要求，具有较强的环境意识和责任心

   Well know of ISO 14001 requirements and possess strong environmental consciousness and sense of responsibility.

4. 熟悉ISO13485和GMP标准要求。

   Well know of ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.

   
   

工作职责权限
Job Responsibility & Authority:

1. 协助部门主管跟踪正常生产，有任何问题应及时反馈并及时解决。

   Help the production Supervisor to check onsite run state, Track and solved in time.

   And any Problem need feedback to production supervisor in time.

2. 培训在线生产人员并及时纠正操作员的不良生产习惯。每天检查现场GMP，收集不同不良样品，并加以改进。

   Training onsite operators to use the right operational method base on the SOP/SIP.

   Check and improvement the onsite GMP every day. And collect the different bad samples to training operators.

3. 培训领班、工艺员并给予及时的技术支持。

   Technical support and Training shift leader, shift line and technics.

4. 要及时了解公司的生产计划及生产现状。

   Need know company’s production plan and producing status in time.

5. 严格控制辅助材料的使用情况，原料的使用率、产品的合格率、废品的产生率等。

   Strictly control using situation of assistant material, using rate of raw material, products passing rate, waster producing rate.

6. 实时巡查整个注塑工作环境。

   Make tour of inspections to molding working conditions.

7. Complete relevant work files strictly according to the GMP requirement

   严格按照医疗器械的GMP标准要求处理相关工作文件。
