岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Sr. Executive, Provider Solutions is responsible for generating patient volumes and
revenue growth targeted towards existing and new (external) providers, by performing the
following duties personally:
External Relationships
. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets and specific
goals to generate increasing patient referral numbers from external providers
. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer’s (i.e. providers’) needs
. Directly negotiate and close agreements with external provider
. Perform research and identify new potential providers and new market opportunities in
East China, focused on areas in and around Shanghai
. This function will require to attend events with customer and prospects outside of normal working hours. Examples include (but are not limited to) client dinners, trade shows, conferences and so on. No overtime can be claimed for attending such activities, unless explicitly approved by the head of department.
Internal Relationships
. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in other departments within Shanghai United as well as other facilities within the UFH network.
. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
. Work closely with Marketing Department to drive lead generation

任职资格:

Knowledge and Experience:
1. At least 2-5 years experience in account management and / or direct sales within the
People’s Republic of China.
2. Knowledge of CRM software coupled with the ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
3. Strong communication skills
4. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
5. Availability to travel as needed
6. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
7. Hospital Operations Experience preferred
8. Native Mandarin Speaker and Fluent in English.
