岗位主要职责：

1、 全面负责公司质量体系的建立和运行，贯彻公司的质量方针、质量目标；

2、 负责公司产品的品质管理工作，制定产品相关的检验标准、测试标准；

3、 负责原材料、半成品、成品检验等环节的全面质量管理，并按相关规定进行质量奖惩；

4、 负责处理客户投诉，组织分析根本原因，制定纠正预防措施，降低客户投诉率，提高客户满意度；

5、 负责组织公司内部评审，及配合客户审核，对各部门体系工作进行监督和指导，确保公司各项质量活动的正常运行；

6、 参与产品开发设计评审，制定质量计划、检验测试计划，确保产品实现过程质量可控；

7、 负责第三方检验及试验室的管理，包括但不限于理化分析、产品认证、功能测试等；

8、 参与供应商审核，定期进行供应商评价，为公司决策提供依据；

9、 定期组织质量会议，分析数据，保证持续改进；

岗位任职资格：

1、 理工科背景，有丰富的制造业全面质量管理经验，熟练运用各种质量工具（如：8D，QC七大手法等）；

2、 精通ISO9001质量管理体系，具备体系建立和维护、供应商审核、客户审核经验，熟悉六西格玛或精益生产的优先考虑；

3、熟悉焊接工艺、无损检测、涂装检验的相关标准（如：AWS D1.1， ISO15614、ISO5817等），持有CWI或CSWIP证书的优先考虑；

4、为人正直，具备强烈的责任心和优秀的领导力，善于沟通，具有团队合作精神；

5、英文听说读写流利，可以独立跟国外客户进行交流；

Position: Quality Director or Quality Manager

Job Description:

1、 Responsible for establishing and implementing company QMS, quality policy and objectives;

2、 Responsible for company product quality management, establish relevant inspection and testing standards;

3、 Responsible for full process quality control of raw material, semi-product, and final product, and execute reward and punishment policy;

4、 Responsible for customer complaint management, organize relevant departments for root reason analysis and corrective actions, reduce complaint rate and improve customer satisfactory.

5、 Responsible for internal audit, and customer audit, monitor and instruct QMS activities in different departments, ensure all QMS activities running well;

6、 Participate product design review, make quality plan, inspection and testing plan, ensure product realization process under quality control;

7、 Managing third-party inspection and laboratory, including but not limited to chemical/mechanical analysis, product certification, function testing etc.

8、 Participate supplier audit, periodical evaluation, provide inputs for company decision;

9、 Organize periodical quality meeting, analysis quality data for continues improvement;

Qualification:

1、 Engineering background, experienced Quality Management in manufacturer, proficient in quality tools (8D, QC Seven Tools, etc.)

2、 Proficient in ISO9001, with experience for establish and maintain QMS, supplier audit, customer audit, experience of 6 sigma or Lean is preferred;

3、 Familiar with welding, NDT, coating inspection standards (AWS D1.1. ISO15614, ISO5817 etc.), CWI or CSWIP certs is preferred;

4、 Honesty, strong responsibility and excellent leadership, good communication skills and team player;

5、 Fluent reading and speaking in English as working language.
