工作职责:
1. Lead external agency to build and optimize all channel CRM infrastructure and connectivity, establish consumer engagement journey incorporating brand site, sales touchpoints, engagement and tracking tools;
2. Assist with marketing manager to define CRM strategy for ETAT PUR & ESTHEDERM based on brand status and business priorities, and that synergizes with NAOS group CRM direction;
3. Facilitate new brand launch with survey plans, content A/B testing and test-learn programs, generate insights based on data analysis and consumer reaction understanding ;
4. Lead annual CRM calendar planning based on brand communication cadence and business goals, and obtain alignment with internal & external key stakeholders;
5. Work closely with brand & channel partners to deliver CRM programs to fully activate key stages from acquisition, engagement, conversion, repurchase to loyalty, and be able to formulate immediate action plan in face of challenge;
6. Develop clear CRM KPIs and measure of success to track results/targets. Provide post-program reports and all CRM related activities analytics to drive consumer acquisition, retention and loyalty and continuously optimize future planning;
7. Database management and consumer/member demographic, engagement, purchasing behaviors and life cycle data mining to generate insights that support business growth;
8. Budget planning & tracking. Work with Finance on annual/quarterly/monthly closing;
9. Supervise call center operation, including reports, analysis and customer complaints. Handle customer complaints and assist in crisis management under RA & Legal guidance;
任职资格:
1. Master or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant diploma, 3-4 years’ working experience in CRM role, working experience within beauty, retail, B&M, internet industries is preferred;
2. Clear framework of CRM planning, activation and tracking, preferably for consumer goods categories; Holistic understanding of (E)CRM landscape, familiar with CRM & data platforms and tools (esp. T-mall data bank, membership tools, WeChat work system) with understanding on brand CRM infrastructure planning, technological savviness is a plus; Knowledge in China consumer industry (beauty industry preferred) - consumer/channel/media/content landscape;
3. Financial acumen with basic understanding of business financial; Project planning & management;
4. Consumer journey centric thinking; Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking, proven ability to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data; Strong project management skills and keen to execution details; Strong communication skills to drive efficient internal communication and effectively manage external agencies ;
5. Good command of English and PC skills; French language ability preferred;
6. Result driven with business curiosity; Technologically savvy, committed to embracing and employing new technologies; Strong growth mindset with clear personal development goal setting; Adaptable to a fast-growing business environment and change management skill; Positive attitude, inclusive and good team player.
