Responsibilities

• Follow up all orders from booking inspection to shipment date to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Coordinate with internal order management team to plan urgent orders as per deadline.
• Responsible of shipments to one particular geographic perimeter / area.
• Ensure monthly closing with all origins and forwarders/3PL are completed within deadline.
• Follow up and coordinate goods transportation by sea in respect of delivery period.
• Coordinate operations of forwarders and shipping lines to maintain delivery dates committed to countries. 
• Ensure the respect of our SOP logistics procedures & internal process.
• Improve quality of export documentation by working with the export teams of the suppliers.
• Control & monitor the service providers and the KPI’s.
• Make sure the full compliance and follow up of the web SI suite (SI, LP). 
• Pilot service providers’ activity and ensure that they fill requirements / specifications, organize monthly meetings with carriers and forwarders to review issues with space, service, schedules and performance KPI’s.
• Improve container optimization and equipment utilization levels to save logistics cost for the company.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, International Trade,  International Logistics is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of shipping, vessel schedules, containers, ports and customs.
• Minimum 1-2 years solid experience in a freight forwarding company.
• Strong communication skills, easy to connect with people
• Positive, independent and initiative, can work under pressure
• Priority Sense & Customer oriented.
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel applications
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin.
