1.     Deliver administrative service and support to all employees, such as meal arrangment, working cloth and shoes ordering and distribution, locker room management, office supply incl. drinking water, coffee and milk, storage room management, courier expenses, flight expenses, business card, and so on. Arrange payment of related expenses.

2.     Manage company car and driver. Arrange payment of related expenses.

3.     Act as key user of e@sy buy system, Concur system and KABA system.

4.     Manage employees’ card and fingerprint, incl. applying card, release acess, collect fingerprint, delete card, delete fingerprint and so on.

5.     Support new employee on-board process, such as collect on boarding material and so on.

6.     Post notice and announcement on information board.

7.     Assist local employees to get or renew Shanghai residence permit or Hu Kou.

8.     Assist foreign employees to get working visa, renew residence permit and work permit, rent apartment and so on. Arrange payment of related expenses.

9.     Support team members for other HR related project or activities when needed.

10.   Continuously improve the quality of admin service and optimize the processes.
