2. Purchase Plan and PO Management 采购计划制定及采购订单管理
- Build up optimal purchase rolling plan and monthly purchase forecast based on sales forecast, historical consumption, market condition and product registration status after adequate across-functional communication and coordination.
根据销售预测、历史消耗、市场情况，产品注册情况，并结合产品特点在与其他相关部门充分沟通后制定合理的采购滚动计划及月度采购预测并跟踪优化。

5. Daily Maintenance and Optimization of Supply Chain Module in ERP system ERP

- Daily supply chain data maintenance and check. Set up and optimize relevant approval process.
日常供应链数据维护及核对，并制定及优化相关审批流程
- Implementation on supply chain system interface and automation.
供应链系统对接及自动化的实施

6. Set up and further refine supply chain related policy and process供应链相关政策及流程文件制定及优化
- Set up and further refine supply chain related policy and process, including but not limited to inventory management, purchase plan and PO management, SO management, system approval process, return & exchange policy, 3PL management etc.
制定供应链相关政策及流程文件，包括但不限于：库存管理、采购计划及订单管理、销售订单管理、系统审批流程、退货流程及政策、3PL管理政策
7. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned 完成上级交办的其他各项工作

Qualification and Requirements

任职要求:

- Bachelor degree or above. Logistics and supply chain related major is preferred
本科及以上学历；优选物流及供应链相关专业。
- 5+ years relevant working experience in supply chain function.
五年以上供应链相关工作经验。
- Knowledge and experience of ERP systems. QAD experience is a strong plus.
具有对企业ERP系统的认知和经验，其中尤以QAD经验为佳。
- Good command of Microsoft Office Series: Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
熟练运用Office软件：Excel, Word, Power Point等。
- Team player and good communicational skills, strong interpersonal ability, problem solving and analysis skills
团队精神及良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力、处理问题及分析能力。
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive work ethic.
具有积极主动的工作态度，能够自我激励。
- Quick learner and able to work under pressure
