岗位职责:

1. Supervise the purchasing of medical consumable. Working with team members and applicants from clinical departments, play key role in sourcing of quality product required for care of patients and make sure they arrive in a timely & cost-effective manner.
2. Ensure the purchasing activities are legal, ethical, cost effective and compliant with JCI standards, hospital policies, auditing requirements, government laws & regulations.
3. Keep systematically record for medical consumable requests. Provide assistance in approval and purchasing process.
4. Provide assistance in medical consumable payment projection.
5. Work closely with UFH SCMC team and bio-med engineering team. Keep closely follow up on purchase orders placed for medical consumable to make sure they arrive at the right time.
6. Develop informative reports with timely manner.
7. Train subordinate purchasing staff.
8. Provide assistance to warehousing staff in inventory planning.
9. Develop, conduct, and make continual improvement on SOPs related to purchasing of medical consumable.
10. Provide support and assistance in development of a stable supply chain to meet growing needs from UFH Shanghai market.
11. Other duties assumed as required.
