Ventos Essential Oil & Aromatics (Shanghai) co. Ltd, is the first subsidiary that Ventós Group opened in Asia and is 100% owned by the same group. It has been operating since 2011 with 2 digit number annual growth since then.

Ventós Group is specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals.

In order to continue with the process of growth, the selected candidate will assist the Sales Area and the General Management.

Main responsibilities

- Sales Area Assistance

* Assist in the export sales and setting up new client accounts

* Request samples and documentation for customers, doing the follow up

* Enter offers and sales orders doing the follow up and mantain informed the customer about orders situation

* Coordinate the arrival of goods with the Purchasing Department to ensure the shipment deadline

* Generate and prepare the export documentation and be in liaise with Head Quarters for the export information and documentation

- General Management Assistance

* Support in the organization of General Manager’s agenda, expenses, travel organization, etc.… and assist him in any task related to daily business, also organizing events when necessary.

* Enter data, prepare files, type correspondence and prepare forms among other daily tasks

* Answer calls and interact with customers, suppliers or visitors

Requirements

* High level of English (speaking and written)

* Previous experience in a related field with excellent customer service skills

* Excellent organizational skills; highly motivated and capable to prioritize efficiently

* Strong communicative skills and capable to work alone and as part of a team; enthusiastic and reliable

* Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality

* Own vehicle and preferably living near Jiading
