岗位职责：

1. 负责来访人员的登记接待；

2. 内部员工日常行政类的需求沟通，文具管理；

3. 行政内部日常运行报表的记录；

岗位要求：    

1.形象气质佳，勤快，机动灵活,  应变能力强，有眼色，做事愿意动脑 

2. 本科及以上学历，基本的英文读写能力；

3.熟练使用Excel\Word，基本PPT操作；  

4.有良好的服务意识及团队合作意识  

5.有前台接待工作经验或英文熟练者优先考虑;

6.有外企1年及以上工作经验者优先
