Responsibility

？Planning, creating and agreeing test concepts for new test systems; involvement in/supporting the creation of equipment requirement specifications and test specifications , for example equipment module/components , fixture interface , test system capability requirements .

规划新的测试设备，根据产品的测试指导定义测试设备的种类/机构，并创建测试设备规范如设备组件, 夹具接口，测试系统能力要求等;

？ Planning of test equipment in consideration of Hella regulation, Hella standards and legal requirement, specifications, data sheets and specifications for new products and preparing of quotations together with internal equipment development or external supplier.

根据海拉的规定/标准, 法定的要求及数据手册，测试规范为新产品规划测试设备,

与内部设备开发部门或外部供应商一起为新产品提供设备报价.

？ Determine and arranging of procurement of needed material, components and systems. Following up the procurement process to ensure the in time delivery.

确定并安排所需材料，部件和测试系统的采购, 紧跟采购流程确保及时交货.

？Creating/Changing or arranging creation/change of test software as well as designing test circuits in agreement with the affected partners

测试软件与设计电路的创建或更改, 要求与相关涉及到的合作或需求部门达成一致.

？Set up and verification of new test equipment in domestic plant or abroad as well as arrangement and execution of user trainings

国内外测试设备的搭建与验证, 以及安排对其用户进行培训.

？Create and update all relevant documentation

相关测试文档的创建与更新.

？Executing in monitoring of the used test equipment performance in the running production and implementation of improvement / cost reduction action (continuous improvement)

跟踪产线在用测试设备的状态和性能, 持续改善并降低运行成本.

？Involvement in the processing of customer claims and production difficulties in agreement with e. g. quality department, production, laboratory

协同质量, 生产, 实验室部门处理客诉以及生产中所遇到的疑难问题.

？Daily direct support to production for equipment maintenance, repair and calibration of test equipment，and Perform equipment downtime analyze  , testing FPY improvement ,  test software optimization together with internal and external partners

日常的直接生产支持对于设备的维护，维修, 设备校准 , 分析设备的停线原因与内外部合作部门对测试设备及软件进行优化， 测试FPY 改进.

Requirements

？Bachelor degree or above, with major in electrical engineering ,computer Science, Automation or related majors

本科及以上学历，电子、计算机技术、自动化或相关专业

？Familiar with one of  PLC, C++, CVI programming language , capable to do software debugging and troubleshooting of testing equipment.  Independent programming development experience is preferred.

熟悉并了解PLC，C++，CVI等任意一种编程语言, 能够独立从事测试设备的软件调试和故障排除工作,  有程序开发经验者优先考虑。

？More than 3 years of work experience in new project introduction and test equipment maintenance

3年以上项目导入和测试设备维护经验

？Familiar with one of PCBA on board programming/ ICT/function, RF testing technology ， and experience in testing automation is preferred

熟悉一种或多种测试技术（on board programming/ ICT/function, RF）,有测试自动化经验者优先考虑。

？Fluent English communication skills both oral and written;

良好的英语口头沟通和读写技能；

？Good team player and good communication skill

良好的团队合作能力及沟通能力
