Position: Sourcing Specialist

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Sourcing Direcctor

Responsibilities：

  

• Act as a flexible resource to support sourcing activities to resolve workload issues due to external factors, in 2021, the person will mainly support Dymo business in components pull-in and other electronic components shortage issue, reconcile inventory, work with 2nd tier suppliers to pull in

• General administration of spot buy

• Provide general administration support to the sourcing team in Asia

Requirements:

• University Graduate  

• 2 years working experience in sourcing/supply chain /General administration

• Electronic business knowledge is a preference 

• Good communication skills and negotiation skills

• Data analysis skills

• Travel required 10-20% to supplier location

• Good writing and verbal English skill
