Key Responsibilities
Focus on total direct compensation for China mainland, US, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Take ownership of the areas of compensation and rewarding globally, including compensation policies, processes and practices
Responsibility of development and implementing our rewards strategy, including compensation elements and packages, local benefits, merit processes, variable pay and our LTI plan to ensure our rewarding stay competitive in the global environment
Researchers industry trends regarding total compensation and benefits, make adjustment accordingly
Roll out post-IPO LTI plan, act as key points of contact for related questions
Coordinate and communicate with external tax and legal advisor to support LTI program implementation
Payroll management
Other HR projects to be assigned by HR head
Recommended Education and Key Competency At least 5 years of experience in C&B role At least 3 years solid experience in LTI design and roll out Strong compensation consultation and partnership skills |
