1.    Autonomous performance and support of Compliance Investigations in the AP region (in case of Compliance incidents) as mandated by and in coordination with Corporate, covering all business areas and processes in the various divisions and countries in the region Asia-Pacific.

2.    Conducting Compliance Investigations in adherence with all relevant legislation, guidelines and best practice in case of Compliance incidents (incl. e.g., fraud, corruption, embezzlement, violation of legislation, conflict of interests).

3.    Coordinate and support the assignment of internal and external investigation resources in alignment with Corporate Investigation Management.

4.    Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the performed investigations in Compliance with investigation and documentation processes.

5.    Ensuring that risks associated with investigations are identified and appropriately escalated.

6.    Conduct fact finding and perform data analyses in order to substantiate initial suspicions and enable the derivation of proper investigation measures.

7.    Evaluation of financial impacts and preparation of transparent and comprehensive documentation of performed investigations (tasks).

8.    Conduct process-oriented interviews as confrontations in the course of investigations, including preparation of documentation in co-operation with Labor Law and Legal.

9.    Presentation of investigations results, performance of closing meetings and creation of investigation reports in adherence with ZF Corporate standards incl. measures and recommendations for remediation.

10. Ensure a comprehensive monitoring and reporting in the AP region and different stakeholders.

Support and performance of Fraud Prevention Audits and development of prevention strategies.

Your profile:

·       Working experience: 5-7 years minimum experience in investigations/forensic and/or Internal Audit, either in a global industrial company or a major consulting (accounting or law) firm

·       Education: Undergraduate degree (Accounting / Finance / Business/Legal), MBA or other graduate degree preferred.

·       Excellent in English

·       Professional certifications (CIA, CFE or equivalent) would be advantageous

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP, etc

Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities

·       Very good knowledge of SAP ERP. Other ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision) would be advantageous

·       Excellent presentation, communication and social skills - also in an international environment (inter-culture), autonomy, toughness, working under pressure, responsible and proactive mindset as well as assertiveness

·       Strong methodical approach, analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset

·       Ability to travel 50% including international

·       Ready for extra/flexible working
