  Specific Role Description

• To lead OEM brake technical projects in brake design.

• Analysis the customer technology requirement and negotiate with customer if necessary.

• Review the test result and investigate to find the root cause when the data is irregular.

• Support test and lead to solve the performance issue that happened during testing.

• Support the plant technical investigation project.

• Support the technical review meeting with supplier and negotiate with supplier to solve technical issue.

• Assist to manage brake project

• Support to solve the customer technology issue on customer side.

  Specific Role Tasks

• Team worker: able to work as a team.

• Communication: good knowledge in English language in writing, speaking and listening, preferably in Japanese.

• Technical knowledge: good knowledge in automotive area, preferably, with 3+ years work experience in automotive components area.

• Computer Tools: Catia, Microsoft office.

• Quality tools: able to analysis, understand and implement quality tools, have good problem solving skills.

• Travel: Be willing to travel (domestic and international) and prepared to work hard and maybe overtime.
