• Responsible for development new product comply with client demands;
• Control and manage all the process of the period of NPD(new product development) including quality, costing, timing, vendors management and etc;
• Investigate,discuss and feasibility analysis of new product;
• Coordinate and manage new product introduction schedule and activities,and cross-product issues throughout the product life cycle;
• Work with closely with R&D and related teams during bring-up production release to drive debug activities, reliability qualification,speed entitlement and yield enhancement;
• Vendors sourcing,management & auditing;
• Negotiate with vendors including limited price,lead-time,off period and etc, to achieve corporation's cost saving targets.

Personnel Requisitions:

• Bachelor's degree or above,major in int'l trading or commerce related. Be familiar with rules of international trading;
• At least 5 years management experience in NPD or supply chain management;
• Strong in sourcing and project management experience, good in strategic thinking;
• Strong in decision making, resources utilization and customer focus;
• Good command of English and PC skills (Excel & PPT).
