• Mainly responsible for achieve annual goals for Indoor/outdoor furniture purchase.
• Responsible for searching suitable (new) suppliers and products based on customer’s requests
• Responsible for provide customers with all the necessary information which enables them to make order decisions
• Administer incoming samples from vendors and outgoing samples
• Work with vendors and QA to ensure sample seals are kept on-track
• Develop and maintain good communication and collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure effective project delivery.
• Responsible for ensure on time shipment of the right goods, including all the necessary production
• Update project trackers to ensure progress is accurately recorded and reported
• Responsible for maintaining close supplier relationship, conducting supplier evaluation and developing to long-term partners according to the requirements

Requirements:

• Above 8 years working experience in European buying office or trading company for Indoor/Outdoor furniture
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize with good time management skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
