岗位职责：1. 负责网店的总体运营，策划店铺及产品推广方案；

               2. 负责制定运营策略和目标并统计分析相关销售数据；

               3. 定期对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并根据市场情况更新和完善方案；

               4.  与仓库和供应商等多方面沟通协调以达成销售目标

               5.  全面推进网店运营、产品规划和市场营销工作

任职要求：1. 熟悉网店运营环境，有从0到1的店铺运营经验者优先；

               2. 具备良好的营销策划能力和项目执行能力；

               3. 具备较强的沟通技巧；

               4. 英语口语流利，书写流畅

Our company Melon Fashion Trading (Shanghai) Company Ltd owns and manages 4 retail chains of ladies' clothing in Russia under brand names Befree, Zarina, Love Republic and Sela. At the moment we are operating around 200 shops all over Russia (including our own retail shops and franchising) . Our collections are created by designers from different countries and then are either produced locally or imported. Around 90% of the goods which are sold in our shops are imported from various countries, however the main market for us is China. We are interested in constant development of our production sources, therefore we are always open to new suppliers able to provide us with high-quality goods at reasonable prices within short period of time.
