DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics:

- Store to store transfers:

Arrange daily transfers, make sure jewelries and other materials are covered by the right insurance policies

- Shanghai Diamond Exchange Center operations:

Support the Logistics Supervisor in receiving and allocating products in SDE

- Stock take:

Summarize monthly store & HO stock take results to finance and management, for both products and certificates

- Importation and exportation:

Support the Logistics Supervisor in the import and export process, including document preparation, process follow up, and financial claims 

- Packaging materials stock management and allocation

- Follow up with the system to make sure the correct pricing, locations, and status

After sales:

- Aftersales cases coordination and follow-up with workshop and stores

- Database update and maintenance for easier analysis and tracking

Retail support:

- Event support:

Support events when needed, jobs including receiving the products, display, sales floor support, and other ad hoc tasks

-- Store opening support:

Support new store openings, including logistics arrangement, goods receiving, display, etc.

Requirement: 

- Bachelor’s degree

- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Detailed oriented; honesty and self discipline for handling high value products

- Reliable team player, always open to support others

- Experience of interning at the relative industry or department is a plus
