Job Description：

1. Responsible for the installation, debugging and maintenance of products used by the R&D team and R&D collaboration researchers. 负责研发团队及研发合作客户使用产品的安装、调试和维修。
2. Install, troubleshoot and repair Cytek products in a professional and timely manner. 能够专业及时地诊断分析、排除故障，研究解决问题。
3. Support the R&D team in the application and development of new instrument solutions. 支持研发团队对仪器新方案的应用开发。
4. Assist the Service team to formulate relevant SOP standard procedures and relevant system documents.Service. 协助Service团队制定相关SOP标准流程及有关制度文件。
5. Managing the Service parts system, distributing after-sales service parts to FSEs all over the country and counting their respective inventories. 负责管理Service备件系统，给全国各地的FSE分发售后服务备件并统计各自库存。
6. Coordinating the order of Service parts with the factory and the material procurement of the R&D team. 负责与工厂协调Service备件的订购，以及研发团队的物料采购。
7. Have all after-sales service reports and installation reports in file. 归档售后服务报告、装机报告。
8. Statistic and maintain the basic information of all client instruments nationwide, and make maintenance schedules for all instruments. 统计并维护全国所有客户端仪器的基本信息，做好所有在保仪器的维保日程安排。
9. Arrange team meetings for Service arrangements and take minutes and feedback. 安排Service团队会议并做好会议记录及反馈。
10. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors, effectively manage work schedules, and cooperate well with other service engineers.完成上级安排的其他任务，有效管理工作日程安排，与其他服务工程师良好协作。
