Digital Marketing Senior Specialist (In-house role)

MISSION & MAIN TASKS

Social Media Specialist is a digital contents creator & digital channel manager of XX China.

This position is responsible for brand-driven social marketing execution, and digital channel

management.

Under supervision of brand comm. manager, this position should build up XX digital touch

points, manage digital marketing campaign & operate social campaign.

He/she will assimilate cutting edge digital technology in marketing and understand

consumer behaviour & trend faster/better than anyone else, then will deliver to all

marketing people and related team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

○ Develop & manage all social media platforms and execute digital marketing campaign

 - lead the project to develop and manage XX China website under supervision of brand

comm. manager

 - Develop XX digital touch points & operate : understand CN social media environment,

plan and execute social campaign in alignment with brand communication

○ Support digital campaign planning & execution:

 - Under supervision of brand comm. manager and marketing team manager, this

candidate do a pivotal role in brand digital campaign planning & execution

○ Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistency in strategic

foundation, tone, priorities, and brand guidelines

○ Coordinate across departments (Events, CRM, Digital, PR) to ensure fully integrated

campaigns

○ Manage campaign timelines and communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis

○ Interpret information and analyse key takeaways, effectiveness and opportunities of

campaign activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

?Strong organisational skills and ability to create presentations and materials for the

BACKGROUND - EDUCATION / WORKING EXPERIENCE

?Bachelor's degree (Overseas education preferred)

?Total 3~5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing

?At least 1~2 years of experience in luxury automotive brand or marketing/advertising

experience

?At least 2~3 years of Social media, digital marketing experience

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS - KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS & OTHERS (CERTIFICATION ETC.)

?Capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities under fast-paced

environment with

 multiple projects

?Highly sensitive digital consumer trend & automotive consumer behaviour

?In-depth knowledge in CN digital media environment and understanding CDP & datadriven marketing

?Strong leadership for his/her own project

?Strong communication skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS

?Native Chinese and Fluent English
