全面负责公司的行政服务与行政管理工作。包括：
1、访客与应聘者接待、预约应答、快递收发；
2、负责办公环境的基础运营工作，熟练使用多媒体设备及公司内部系统，提供良好的会务支持；
3、负责空间规划统筹管理工作：工位盘点、梳理及配给优化
4、采购公司运转所需的办公用品、设备，并负责固定资产盘点与管理；对公司统一采购的物品按时间节点完成款项支付；
5、基于公司情况，梳理行政事务流程，搭建行政管理制度
6、公司应急事宜处理及其他领导交办的事项。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上行政工作经验，熟悉行政工作流程；
3、较强的责任心和服务意识，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力；
4、可熟练使用office办公软件；
5、具备一定商务礼仪知识和公关能力；
6、具备基础的英语沟通能力。

Company Summary – Trustbridge Global Media (“TGM”) is funded primarily by Trustbridge Partners (“TBP”), together with Tencent and Temasek. The Company has a broad mandate to build a global business focused on children’s content, experiences and products. We are developing that business through a combination of acquisitions, minority investments, green-field developments, and expansions of those companies we acquire.
 
TGM aims to offer a cross-cultural educational creation for children based on our expertise on child development and learning. The company will build an educational and playful experience especially for children between 2 and 15 within a family context, using all media available such as magazines, books, videos, interactives and all evolving media that effectively reach families globally, including US, China and ROW. The company’s business model focuses on the importation, curation, localization, development and distribution of premium global content worldwide.
 
Today TGM operates in the United States, Europe and China, where it has built an extensive content portfolio of global brands and proven educational impact, including Walker/Candlewick, Bayard, Chronicle, Holiday House, Peachtree, Bayard Bridge, Everafter and so many more.
