 1. To take the Lead and supervise the section of factory in-process quality control and customer quality team;

 2. To Drive Investigation to any product/process non-conformance or matters affecting the Quality System, Initiate corrective and preventive actions, Verify the implementation of solutions; 

  3. Liaise with customers on all quality issues such as evaluation of rejects, failure analysis, initiate corrective actions and preventative actions; 
  4. Monitor product quality performance and generate quality reports, prepare weekly and monthly quality meeting presentations materials;
  5. Recommend and initiate continuous improvement measures, establish and continuously optimize relevant quality assurance procedure;
  6. Generate quality plan, procedures, and work instruction for overall quality control;
  7. Recruit and train related Engineers and staff for their appointed roles, conduct staff performance appraisals; annually
  8. Assist Quality Management Representative in implementing and maintaining the ISO Quality System
  9. To be involved in new product introduction, monitor and ensure all NPI requirements are met; 
  10. Be responsible for formulating and implementing RMA activities and programs in the company to ensure it meets the required quality and customer expectations; 
  

1.  Minimum Requirement:  5 years in Manufacturing Industry of which 2 years must be in a Supervisory or Managerial Capacity.

2.Quality Management System Knowledge (ISO 9001, QS 9000, ISO 14001, etc.)

3.Must have rich experience in Internal Quality Audit Proficient in Microsoft application and Graph presentation
4.Basic Knowledge of IPC and ESD ANSI requirements Know other Quality Management system is a plus
