Requirement:

- University graduate

- Min. 2 years working experiences in multinational sourcing / buying offices

- Strong desire in working with people from different nationalities

- Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good command of MS Office essential

- Fluently Speaking English is a must

Main Responsibility:

- Follow-up the orders with suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery, (manage the artwork creation, monitor inspection booking & shipping schedule…)

- Support in sample handling, and prepare the quotation for buyer evaluation

- Termly report the shipping status of present orders

- Work closely with internal departments (Buying team, QA, CSR, Packaging & the Logistics department)

- Provide professional support to team leader

- Backup for team leader who is out for business trip

任职要求：

- 本科以上学历

- 两年以上跨国采购公司相关工作经验

- 办公软件操作熟练

- 流利的英语口语

工作职责：

- 跟进订单确保供应商按时出货（监督包装设计搞的创建、验货预订及出货船期等）

- 跟进样品，准备报价单给买手评估

- 定期汇报现有订单的运行状况

- 与公司内部各部门紧密合作（买手、质量保证、企业社会责任、包装及物流部门）

- 为团队主管提供专业的支持

- 主管出差期间代理其日常工作
