Job description：

职位描述

1.Basic administrative tasks (drafting, filling, printing documents, typing-up meeting minutes);

   完成研发部门日常行政事务工作（文件的拟定、相关资料的填写、会议纪要的整理、文件资料的打印存档等);

2.Precheck of new formulas from PLG or color matchers based on guideline formula;

   根据配方公式对德国总部或调色员的新配方进行预检验；

3.Precheck of TDS for new paint systems;

   对新的涂料系统技术参数表进行预检；

4.Maintenance of raw material samples in terms of timing and quantity;

   按照时间和数量进行原材料样品的保存和维护；

5.Other tasks assigned by Senior R&D  Manager.

   高级研发经理交办的其它工作任务。

Requirements and qualifications：

岗位任职资格要求：

1.College or bachelor degree (major in chemistry preferred)；

   大专及以上学历（化学相关专业优先考虑）

2.Freshman or 1 year related working experience；

   应届毕业或1年以上相关工作经验；

3.Good English reading and writing skills;

   良好的英文读写能力；

4.Basic microsoft office skills;

   基本的办公自动化软件使用技能；

5.Accuracy,honesty,target oriented;

  工作认真仔细，保证准确性、为人诚实、以目标导向;

6.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;

   注重细节，能够同时处理多项任务的能力;

7.Good planning and time-management skills.

   良好的计划性和时间管理能力。

Peter-Lacke Shanghai Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned Germen Paint producer, established in 2003 at Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Zone, and moved to Fengxian Sub-zone, Shanghai Chemical Industry Park in Sep. 2009. The paint products are used in the automotive/electric appliance/communications and machinery industries.
