Key Scopes/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

1. General accounting responsibilities fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner

总账会计职责，及时且准确的履行日常账务处理

- Lead and drive month-end closing process. 实施月末结账工作。

- Manage and perform month-end reconciliations and variance analysis.

执行月末对账和差异分析工作。

- Cash flow management. 现金流管理

- Continue to drive optimization of month end closing process.根据需求不断优化月结流程。

2. Ensure accounting and tax compliance and other local legal regulation compliances

确保账务、税务申报等遵从合规性

- Manage timely completion of annual financial package and statutory reports.

完成日常财务报告和国家规定的各类报告

- Ensure all tax filings and stats reports are timely and are compliant with local authorities.

确保所有税务申报和统计报告都符合当地法律要求

- Manage annual auditing process.年度审计工作

3. Drive risk assessment. Design, implement and enforce financial controls and policies to support sustainable growth in market

风险体系设计和评估，实施财务内控和政策，以支持公司业务在市场的可持续增长。

- Partner with demand planning team and manage inventory to achieve targets.

与业务需求团队合作，资产清册以达到目标

- Partner with BU team to lead and manage financial reconciliations, provide suggestion and implement necessary financial controls over its business process.

与 BU 团队合作，使其财务管理目标一致，提供建议并对其业务流程实施必要的财务控制。

- Manage rebates, discounts and all types of dealer related expenses, products sponsorship and support. 管理返利、折扣及各类经销商相关费用、赞助及支持。

4. Financial planning and analysis 财务预算和分析

- Perform daily and monthly business performance analysis and assist in quarterly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process. 执行日常和月度的业务绩效分析，并协助进行季度滚动预测和年度预算流程。

- Prepare monthly P&L analysis reports and manage review process across different functions.

根据不同 BU 和公司，准备月度损益表及分析报告，并定期优化流程。

- Provide pricing analysis and recommendations to ensure margin and profitability targets.

提供价格分析和建议，以确保利润和利润目标。

- Cash flow forecast and management. 现金流量预测和管理

- Lead the team to accomplish ad hoc projects. 带领团队完成管理层要求的项目专案

5. Talent Management 团队管理

- Supervise and mentor finance team members. 指导当地财务团队日常工作

- Retain and develop high performance team members in the finance.保持和发展高绩效团队成员。

Required knowledge, skills or experience 任职资格

1. Experience 经验要求

- 8-10 years of progressive finance generalist experience, preferably in multinational FMCG; 8-10 年丰富的财务从业经验，***是快消品跨国公司从业经验;

- 3+ years of recent general accounting and financial reporting experience; 3 年以上总账和汇总报表的经验；

- FP&A and financial controlling experience is definitely a plus;

财务分析和财务控制经验者优先；

- Experience in creating ad hoc reports and working with database analysis tools is essential;

必须有建立财务报告和使用数据库分析工具的经验

- Experience in developing policies and procedures to manage operational processes for efficient running of the total organization.

有管理整个组织的有效运作的经验，以及在制定政策和程序方面的经验。

2. Skills and Knowledge 知识和技能要求

- Bachelor degree or above in Finance; 财务本科或以上学历

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA is an asset; 注册会计师或ACCA

- ERP experience is a must;ERP 经验是必须的

- Fluent in spoken English and advanced in English reading and writing skills;

英语口语流利，有较强的英语阅读和写作能力；

- Sound current knowledge of financial concepts and principles; 良好的财务基础知识；

- Sound understanding of Internal Audit practices.对内部审计实务有良好的理解。
