职位描述
- 参与功能性塑料母粒配方设计、工艺开发与优化；
- 负责SP造粒团队相关项目预算和计划并组织实施 管理SP造粒团队，协调公司内外资源，推动项目达成；
- 负责SP造粒团队相关项目申报、统筹及执行； 参与制定功能性塑料母粒性能评价标准及评价方法；
- 组织编制生产工艺方案，给予生产部门提供技术支持，解决生产中出现的技术问题；
- 针对产品应用市场的需要，进行产品开发、技术改造升级；
- 技术开发方案的编写及建议，专利编写。
任职要求：
工作经验Background：
1.本科及以上学历，高分子材料、化工相关专业；有2-5年塑料相关工作经验；
2.熟悉改性塑料的性能及注塑生产工艺；
3.了解塑料改性、混炼；
4.有在改性塑料行业快速发展成行业内专业精英的强烈意愿；
知识与技能（了解/熟悉/掌握/精通）Knowledge & Skill:
1. 具有良好的沟通及表达能力；
2. 具有优秀的创新思维；
3. 具有较强的团队意识，积极进取，工作认真负责。
