- Legal Advice
Provides legal advice and support for all business units in operational matters, including commercial activities (product sales and procurement), human resources, claims and litigation matters and associated areas in the Asia Pacific region. - Compliance
Provides legal advice and conducts on-site trainings with regard to compliance topics, such as antitrust, anti-corruption and information protection as well as the respective guidelines and procedures. Supports in monitoring adherence to implemented compliance initiatives. Advise on regulatory and compliance matters (e.g., data privacy, etc.). - Governance
Supports in providing legal advice and support in connection with corporate governance matters, including corporate subsidiary internal operations (shareholders and directors meetings). Assists in the development of corporate policies, procedures and best practices. - Mergers & Acquisitions
Provides legal advice and support in connection with M&A activities in the region, including acquisitions, and joint
ventures. Assist with due diligence for potential acquisitions, and assists with integration matters for new
acquisitions.
5. Drafts, negotiates and reviews a variety of domestic and international agreements relating to the company’s
development efforts, including consulting agreements, technical services agreements and management agreements.
6. Drafts and negotiates commercial contracts of varying complexity.
职位要求：
Formal Education and Training Law degree from an accredited law school
Occupational Experience ·
- 5 years of relevant legal working experience in either a major law firm or within manufacturing industry ·
- Experience in handling highly complex legal issues involving significant risk and requiring the application of seasoned judgment ·
- Proven experience in identifying and analyzing complex legal/regulatory/business issues and providing appropriate legal advice regarding applicable legal and professional standards, often on a time-sensitive basis ·
- Experience with managing outside counsel ·
- Extensive negotiation skills with respect to legal issues ·
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases/matters/projects ·
- Proven ability to build consensus, even for difficult or unpopular courses of action necessitated by legal or regulatory requirements
