Job description:

1)     根据TPG质量标准严格对进料，生产过程，成品进行质量控制并完成验货，并做出正确的判断结论

Perform IQC / PQC / OQC inspection strictly according to TPG quality standard, issue the correct judgement

2）撰写验货报告并对每次验货的问题进行追踪确认，确保工厂及时整改；

Issue the inspection report and tracking the inspection findings with factory, ensure they correct in time

3）识别生产车间的质量改善机会并进行改善，提高效率，提升质量，减少浪费

Has the ability to identify the improvement opportunity in factory workshop, raise efficiency, quality level

4）及时巡查发现并反馈工厂质量问题，要求工厂限期纠正，并回复跟踪CAP / 8D报告

Patrol factory to find and feedback quality problem, request supplier corrected and follow up CAP / 8D report

5)   参与TPG在工厂落实ECN的质量验证工作，提出质量反馈

Validate the ECN implementation in TPG factory and make feedback 

6）监控TPG生产线的符合性，参与工厂制定落实新产品的质量标准

Monitor the factory compliance on TPG production line, work with factory to implement the NPD quality criteria

7）服从上级指派的出差验货安排，服从由于公司战略变化或者工厂变化带来的工作区域调动

Follow the supervisor assigned inspection work whatever need business trip or not. Follow the workplace change due to company strategic change or supplier change

Requirements:

1)     大专及以上学历， 3年以上QC岗位工作经验

College degree or above, more than 3 years quality control working experience

2)     诚实正直，团队协作，善于沟通，工作细致，会英文能出差优先

Honest and integrity, teamwork, good communication, work careful, English skill and frequent travel is preferred

3)     熟悉冲压，焊接，喷粉，组装等工艺，有杂货烤炉生产加工行业经验优先

Be familiar with stamping, welding, powder coating, assembly process, grill factory experience is preferred

4)     熟练使用office办公软件 ( Word, Excel, Power Point )

Good computer skills of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

5）工作有耐心，能胜任短期或长期驻场QC工作

Be patient and be able to work onsite

Currently, Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC is seeking a Product Development Engineer at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters.
 
This role will be responsible for ensuring designs of new products are correctly implemented through our international OEM/ODM partners and suggests design improvements to existing products. Evaluates current and proposed products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability, ensuring successful project completion based on set targets. Works with other members of the product and operations team to ensure that projects are completed at cost and on time, with the highest possible quality.
