Sr. Cost Estimating Analyst is a part of the Finance Department, Asia Pacific. The Prime role of the Sr. Cost Estimating Analyst is to be responsible for build up new quotation case and supporting product line quotation analysis in AP. 

1.Project Controlling role:

1)      Business case for CQA & PM case A1-A8

2)      Finance status report

3)      Support CEA Profit calculation

2. Develop and maintain the cost models to project product costs

3. Carry out make vs. buy analysis for business decision

4. Input evaluation as Material cost, tooling, capex, engineering cost etc.

5. Initiate saving proposals, A1-A8, Post SOP profitability Optimization

6. Global Alignment, historic analysis, MoB etc analysis to support the better pricing

7. Benchmark from the view of customers, competitors, suppliers etc the whole supply chain

8.Support Portfolio, AE, Commodity buyer, T-cost engineering to implement benchmark, set up benchmark database

9.Assist in special projects as required

1.Excellent communication skills; strong English speaking and writing abilities

2.Ability to meet deadlines, and to work independently without close supervision

3.Must be a team player. Good personal skills; demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the management.

4.Minimum three years’ experience in Finance/Accounting/project controlling or Engineering.  Plant experience in manufacturing industry desired.  Experience in automotive manufacturing industry is a plus.      

5.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.  

6.CPA, CMA or other professional certification desirable, but not required
