1. New product industrialization: lead project from engineering design completion to series production while ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

2. Touble shooting for assembly line.

装配生产线问题的解决

3. Design and continuously improve production layout, WI and standardized work.

设计并持续改进生产线布局、作业指导书和标准化作业

4. Conduct time study and analysis, evaluate labor time, production capacity and manpower regularly.

进行时间分析，定期评估工时、产能和人力需求

5. Evaluate and take charge of new process, equipment, tools and fixture, make proposals to management.

评估和负责新工艺、设备、工具和工装，以及向管理层提出建议方案

6. Set up BOM master data and routing.

7. Project support.

8. Follow and coordinate ECN case to ensure engineers to implement the changes according to timeline.

9. Obey upper supervisor’s other related arrangements.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above major in Industry Engineering, Mechanics or relevant subjects.

本科或以上学历, 工业工程，机械或相关专业

2. At least 3 years working experience in related position.

至少三年以上相近岗位工作经验

3. Good at Chinese and English skill both on speaking and writing.

良好的中英文书写口头表达能力

4. Master CAD, Office software.

熟练掌握CAD以及Office办公软件

5. Strong analytical and logical thinking capability.
