This position is concerned with supervising and monitoring the work of the Public Area attendants assigned to his / her floors.

本岗位负责督导检查公共区域员工的工作。

Essential Responsibilities:

To train and assist PA attendants, to advise Executive Housekeeper if performance is not satisfactory.

帮助培训公共区域服务员，如果服务员表现不令人满意则可以知会行政管家。

To receive PA attendant assignment from the Superiors.

从上级处领取公共区域服务员的任务安排情况。

To provide a seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times.

随时为客人保持高效无可挑剔的服务。

To ensure a clean, comfortable, well maintained and welcoming environment.

确保为客人提供干净舒适和维护良好的环境。

To use any opportunity to delight and satisfy guests’ needs.

随时提供使客人喜出望外和超越期望的服务。

To facilitate a motivating atmosphere by communicating effectively.

通过有效的沟通，创造和谐工作氛围。

To give feedback in a positive and encouraging manner.

以积极和鼓励的方式及时给予反馈。

To communicate accurate information actively and in a timely manner to colleagues.

积极获得准确的信息反馈给同事。

To be an active team player with a “hands on” approach.

To provide on-the-job training to new members of the team.

To ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with the local safety and security standards to guarantee employee safety.

确保员工按照安全工作标准，正确使用所有设备和清洁品，保证使用者的安全。

Ensuring the public area standards with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, supply and ambience are consistently maintained at a very high level.

确保持续不断地将所有区域清洁保持在高水平。

To do other special assigned work given by Superiors.

能够接受上级安排的特殊任务。

To assist with inventory.

协助进行盘点。

Submitted in the prescribed date of outsourcing company check-out form.

在规定的日期里递交外包公司的结账表格。

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
