Key Responsibilities:
1.Monitor, analyze supplier quality, work out improvement plan and follow up the result to ensure supplier quality target achieved;
2.Check, analyze incoming inspection data or any quality failures and work with supplier to take corrective and preventive action in order to ensure supplier delivery stable;
3.Make Supplier Audit Plan (System and Process) and conduct periodically supplier audit to ensure supplier system and process are stable, under control and meeting requirement;
4.Request and help Develop Supplier Process and Quality Control, participate in supplier appraisal and push continual improvement.
5.Take other assignments from superior.

工作职责：
1.监控、分析供应商质量，制定改善计划并跟踪改善结果，保证供应商质量目标的实现；
2.检查、分析来料检验数据或者其他质量问题，并与供应商共同采取纠正和预防措施，以确保供应商供货稳定；
3.制定供应商审核计划（系统和过程）并定期进行供应商审核，确保供应商系统和制程的稳定性、可控性和满足质量要求；
4.要求参与和协助供应商开发部门对新供应商的过程及质量控制，参与供应商评估，推动持续改善；
5.完成上级安排的其他工作。

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: At least 4 years working experience over supplier quality management in Electrical manufacturing industry. Automobile or motorcycle、Garden Tools or Handheld powered garden equipment field is preferred;
Knowledge:
ISO9001 ;
Familiar with Electrical motor、Battery、 PCB、 Wiring etc ;
Utilization of quality problem solving tools .
Languages: Good English

任职资格：
任职资格：电气工程学士学位

经验：至少4年以上电气制造行业供应商质量管理方面的工作经验。 汽车，摩托车，园林工具或手持式园林设备领域优先；
知识：
ISO9001;
熟悉电动机，电池，PCB，接线等；
质量问题解决工具的利用。
语言：良好的英语听说读写能力。
