工作内容：COC证书处理

1. 支持采购和销售团队， 及时更新现有的供应商，确保价格在有效期内;

2. 收集整理供应商的包装资料，用于设计部的包装设计-高清图、刀模线、产品卖点等

3. 配合设计部和供应商，核查包装设计细节以确保设计的准确性。

4. 收集设立新供应商时所需的文件。

5. 根据买手行程，收集整理供应商的展会摊位信息、安排工厂访问行程;

6. 展会后及时收集供应商报价

7. 其他指定事项。

要求：

1. 一年及以上外贸工作经验

2. 头脑清晰、做事条理，并注重细节。

3. 善于与人沟通，态度积极正面。

4. 英文读写流利，有一定口头表达能力。熟练操作EXCEL等办公软件

5. 工作不拖延不推诿。

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure FDM programs pricing do not expire. Coordinate the routine updating of programs.

2. Coordinate the ACF collection and product image collection. Be able to know and update the status of projects

3. Assist with reviewing and checking artwork for accuracy.

4. Assist with the document collection required for vendor set-up

5. Organize trade show schedules and vendor attendance at shows. Set-up meetings at shows for the team as needed.

6. Coordinate timely collection of quotes

7. All other duties as assigned

Skills:

1. Organized

2. Detail Oriented

3. Good communicator, Read, write, speak English

4. Proficient at MS Office applications, especially excel

5. Positive, do-it-today attitude and share Ace values
