1.       Supervise the maintenance work to implement in time according to the plan and SOP, and ensure that the operation process is safe, clean, high quality, efficient and reliable at the whole factory.

2.       Strict on-site equipment management, supervision and control of the equipment daily lubrication, fastening, anti-corrosion, cleaning, maintenance and other work, timely elimination of production system leaking, and ensuring the production equipment in good condition.

3.       Supervision of the electrical facilities' maintenance and inspection according to the plan, guarantee the electrical protection devices are sensitive and reliable.

4.       Do utilities related equipment routine maintenance work.

5.       Responsible for equipment maintenance plan and material requirement plan making and implementation; supervision the preparatory work of equipment maintenance, renovation and installation, as well as make the reasonable spare parts reserves.

6.       According to production plan, responsible for guiding and assisting to implement of annual, quarterly and monthly equipment maintenance plan.

7.       Guide and help the workshop to use and maintain equipment, and ensure the normal operation of equipment.

任职要求：

1.     Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical and electrical integration or related field.

2.     Age of 30 years old or above, with at least 5 years work management, or over 5 years of project construction management experience in chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry.

3.     Relevant utilities management experience, familiar with the work principle of air compressor, nitrogen generator, refrigeration, central air-conditioning system and purified water system.

4.     Familiar with the equipment management procedures, GMP and FDA and safety regulations.

5.     Proficient in equipment of affairs, to perform the duties of a review and approval process.

6.     Ability to use MS Office, Auto CAD.

7.     Workable English in speaking, writing and reading capability.

CARBOGEN AMCIS is a market leading supplier for drug substance services for the pharmaceutical industry and also produces both drug substances and final medicines for clinical trials and commercial supply.
